Get Public Address

https://test.fio.eosusa.io/v1/chain/get_pub_address

This is the main API endpoint to resolve FIO Handle. It returns a public address for supplied FIO Handle and chain/token code.

All chains and tokens are supported. Expect parameters to be attached to the public address to accommodate such additional information as Destination Tags on Ripple. This is referred to as Multi-level addressing.
