FIO Handle Registration API

FIO Handle Registration API offers the ability to register a FIO Handle when FIO Foundation has offered free registration to the integrator.

Authentication

No authentication is required on most calls. However:

• referralCode needs to be provided by the FIO Foundation.
• apiToken is required for free FIO Handle registration and needs to be provided by the FIO Foundation.
