Assume a user registers their username via api, if that name already exists, the api throws 400 error. But no clear message to identify the specific reason. How can I identify the specific reason

Hello, guys! I'm one of the developer of exchange app and we have recently decided to integrate `fio` chain as one of the exchanging asset. Here's the problem that you might help us to solve. We need to generate new address per exchange to accept `fio` tokens or some sort of identification for users, but wallets and handles require some sort of transaction for authorization, is that right ? Is there way to handle this kind of scenario without paying redundant fee ? We will not use `handle` system since we cannot guarantee, that user will eventually send deposit. Big thanks, Alex
