New FIO App API

The Registration Website API has been deprecated and replaced by a new FIO App API. It relies on the FIO App stack and offers advanced functionality such as ability to register FIO Handles on brand new custom domains by registering both the handle and the domain in one transaction.
In addition it implements Bitpay's JSON Payment Protocol for more secure payments.
If you have been using the Registration Website API for free FIO Handle registrations, no changes are required. If you have been using the Registration Website API for paid registration, the functionality has been updated as previously communicated.
