FIO Handle Registration API Transition

As of May 16th, 2024, and as a result of discontinuation of services by one of the Foundation vendors, the FIO Handle Registration API will not return addresses node in charge object of response to /buy-address request.
Therefore, the following API integration is not available:
- Integrator fetch payment addresses via /buy-address request and presents that address as payment window inside their application to the user.
All other types of API integration remain unaffected, specifically:
- Free FIO Handle registrations
- Paid registrations and renewals where user is redirected to the
forward_urlreturned in response to /buy-address request.
The Foundation is working on switching crypto payment providers and will publish updates in June 2024.
In addition the following FIO Handle Registration API endpoints have been deprecated:
- /get-domains
- /balance
