FIP-48 Reallocate Unclaimed Initial Integrating Wallets FIO Tokens to FIO Handles Giveaways was delivered in this release and 38,505,959.4 FIO Tokens were reallocated to Foundation controlled FIO Handles Giveaways bucket to continue funding new FIO Handle registrations.

- FIO Chain Issue: Account Access was resolved.
- FIO Chain Issue: Exception on some chain transactions was resolved.
- Date issue with displayed FIO Domain expiration date was resolved.
